Shipping policy

Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or company name. Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Standard Small: 3–5 business days* – £4.99
Express Large: 3–5 business days* – £6.99
Free Shipping: On orders over £50

*Delivery times may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and destination within the UK.

All UK orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping (including Europe) is not currently offered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building management. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@mrwilde.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@mrwilde.co.uk as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
